Xin Ming Jin Restaurant was originally a cooked fishball store with a history of 50 years in the East Market, and later transformed into a gourmet restaurant. The “Native Chicken Thighs with Rice and Camellia Oil in Log Barrel” is made from carefully selected homemade camellia oil, which is brewed slowly with local chicken thighs and old ginger slices. It tastes mellow and rich.
