Originated from the traditional featured street food in the market in Zhongpu Township, Chiayi County, Taiwan Braised Pork Rice takes on the craftsmanship of generations. Their Braised Pork Rice is made out of carefully selected Taiwanese high-quality rice, which is served with freshly processed hind leg meat, simmered on a slow fire for six hours, and topped with pure black bean soy sauce to serve exclusive and exquisite minced pork.
