The museum combines static displays of ancient relics with the museum interior to present the artistic beauty of the artifacts. It is the only museum in Asia dedicated to koji pottery sculptures.
The museum is spread over three floors and most of the exhibits were precious works made by early Taiwanese masters from the late Manchu and early Republican years such as Wang Yeh, Syun Ke, Kun-fu Hong, Tian-mu Lin, and Jhuan-you Chen. The theme for 1F is Koji pottery figures from stories on loyalty, filial duty, and integrity. 2F is dedicated to deities and magical beings of folk myths. 3F showcases the evolution of pottery from Han Dynasty funerary figurines of China to contemporary Koji pottery creations.
